Questions, answered honestly.
Everything you might want to know about how RoleReady Now works, what's free, and what happens to your information.
Is RoleReady Now really free?
Yes. Every career tool here is free to use — the RIASEC profile, ATS & job-match review, resume builder, mock interview, risk check, adjacent roles, roadmap and application tracker. Voluntary contributions simply help keep it that way; no feature is locked behind a payment.
Do I need to create an account?
No. You can use every tool without signing up. Your application-tracker entries are saved privately in your own browser, not on our servers.
How accurate is the ATS Readiness Score?
It's an estimate, not a verdict from a real employer's system. It compares your CV text against the job advert you provide using best-practice keyword and structure checks. Use it to spot gaps and improve — not as a guarantee of how any specific company's software will score you.
Is the RIASEC assessment a clinical test?
No. It's a guidance tool based on the Holland (RIASEC) interest model. It points you toward types of work that may suit you so you can explore further — it is not a diagnostic or clinical instrument.
What does the “demo” or “demo data” label mean?
Some tools currently use simplified scoring logic to demonstrate the approach, and they tell you clearly on the page when they do. The Labour Market Intelligence tool is an exception — it pulls live figures directly from Singapore’s official open data (data.gov.sg) each time you open it, so those numbers are real, not samples.
What happens to my CV and the text I paste in?
It's used only to generate your result and is not retained beyond that. We don't sell or share your information. See the Privacy page for full detail.
Where does my contribution go, and is it required?
Contributions are completely voluntary and processed securely by Stripe. They go toward AI tools, hosting and maintenance so the tools stay free — they are not payments for premium access and don't sponsor a named individual.
Can my organisation use RoleReady Now with a group?
Yes — career centres, unions, employers and training providers can partner on workshops and cohort access. Email ask.uncleayub@gmail.com to talk it through.
How do I get help or report a problem?
Use the Contact page or email ask.uncleayub@gmail.com. We read every message.
