RoleReady Now is built to help job seekers without quietly collecting or selling their data. This page explains, in plain language, what happens to the information you enter.

The short version: Your CV text, answers and job adverts are used only to generate your results in your browser. We do not sell your data, and we do not store your documents on a server beyond what is needed to return your results.

Who we are

RoleReady Now is a free career-tools initiative operated by Uncle Ayub. You can reach us any time at ask.uncleayub@gmail.com.

What you provide

Depending on which tool you use, you may enter:

  • Resume / CV text, work history and skills
  • Job adverts or job descriptions you want to check
  • Answers to the RIASEC career-interest questions
  • Interview practice answers
  • Application-tracking entries (roles, companies, status)

You are never required to provide your real name, contact details or any identifying information to use the tools.

How your information is used

The information you enter is used for one purpose: to generate the result you asked for — an ATS readiness estimate, a career profile, interview feedback, and so on.

  • Processed in your browser where possible. Tools such as the RIASEC profile, job-advert risk check and application tracker run on your device. Your application-tracker entries are saved only in your own browser's local storage.
  • Not sold or shared. We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
  • Documents are not retained. Uploaded or pasted documents are not kept beyond what is needed to deliver your results.

Cookies and analytics

RoleReady Now uses only what is necessary to run the site. If basic, privacy-conscious analytics are used to understand which tools are helpful, they are aggregated and not used to identify you.

Third-party services

Voluntary contributions are handled by Stripe, which processes payment details under its own privacy policy — RoleReady Now never sees your full card details. Some tools may use an AI provider to generate guidance; in those cases only the text needed to produce your result is sent, and it is not used to identify you.

Your choices

  • Clear application-tracker data any time by clearing your browser storage for this site.
  • Use any tool without creating an account.
  • Email us at ask.uncleayub@gmail.com with any privacy question or request.

Children

RoleReady Now is intended for job seekers and is not directed at children under 13.
