1. What RoleReady Now is
RoleReady Now is a free set of career tools — career profiling, CV and job-match feedback, interview practice, risk checks and more — offered as an Uncle Ayub initiative to help job seekers make better-informed decisions.
2. Guidance, not guarantees
All scores, matches and suggestions are estimates based on the information you provide and general best practice. They are intended to support — not replace — your own judgement, and the judgement of any employer, recruiter or qualified adviser. We do not guarantee employment outcomes of any kind.
3. Demo and illustrative content
Some tools currently use simplified or sample logic for demonstration, and they say so on the page where this is the case. The Labour Market Intelligence tool displays live figures retrieved from Singapore’s official open data portal (data.gov.sg, sourced from the Ministry of Manpower and the Singapore Department of Statistics) under the Singapore Open Data Licence. We present these figures as-is and are not responsible for their accuracy, completeness, or availability; always verify against the original source before relying on them for important decisions.
4. Acceptable use
- Use the tools for your own genuine career and job-search purposes.
- Do not enter unlawful content or other people's personal data without their consent.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, overload or misuse the service.
5. Voluntary contributions
Contributions are entirely voluntary and are used to help sustain the platform (AI tools, hosting and maintenance). They are not payments for premium access, are not tax-deductible donations, and do not sponsor a named individual. Contributions are processed securely by Stripe.
6. Limitation of liability
RoleReady Now is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any loss arising from your reliance on the tools, their availability, or their output. Always verify important decisions independently.
7. Intellectual property
The RoleReady Now name, design and content are the property of the operator. The text you enter and the results generated for you remain yours to use.
